And we're off! My 10 year high school reunion is in 16 weeks and I want to look even better than I do now (positive thinking people! it goes a long way)!
My ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs but I KNOW I'm not going to do that in 16 weeks, but it's still my ultimate goal.
As long as I lose weight, that's what's most important!
Some things I need to get to help *spice* up this weight loss (get me more active) are:
a (digital) scale
bicyle
pedometer (step counter)
better walking shoes
